Hello everyone, my name is KinaVT_, and I'm reaching out for your help during a critical time in my life. I am a transgender individual living in California, and I am facing significant challenges due to a lack of support from my family. Recently, my parents have given me an ultimatum: after graduating high school at 19 and a half, I must detransition and join the military, which goes against my identity and personal desires. They do not accept me as trans and have been unsupportive, making my home environment very difficult.

I've struggled academically and with employment, which has made my situation even more precarious. However, I've found hope in Vtubing, streaming, and content creation. This platform has become my lifeline, offering me a chance to live authentically as the person I truly am. Unfortunately, my parents have even criticized my streaming voice, urging me to "sound normal," which deeply affects my mental health and my ability to continue.

For years, I've battled with depression, suicidal thoughts, and a lack of hope, feeling trapped in a life I didn't choose. Recently, I've managed to get some mental health support through my school, which has been a small light in a dark time. My goal is to become financially independent through my online career, allowing me to move out and live on my own terms, embracing my identity as a trans woman.

The funds raised here will help me achieve this independence by covering the costs of moving out, securing a small studio apartment, and supporting my basic living expenses while I focus on building my career. Any amount donated will be crucial as I currently have no income other than what I make online, and my parents only provide food and shelter.

I am incredibly grateful for the support from my community so far, and I am hopeful that with your help, I can turn my life around.
