- My name is Kimberly M. On January 28, 2024, a mass was found in my breast. In a matter of 9 months, my metastatic cancer has spread to both sides of my breast, lymph nodes, lungs, heart, abdomen, liver, and Lord only knows what other areas. As of three weeks ago, I’m officially on hospice because there is nothing else the doctors can do for me at the point besides pain management and trying to keep me as comfortable as possible. This has been the worst experience and the most physically excruciating pain I can honestly say I’ve ever had. I’m still not quitting though. I absolutely hate even asking for help for myself because in my opinion it’s kinda tacky. But what’s even tackier is when you see how many “friends” really weren’t your friends to begin with. So, I’m humbly asking everyone to please help out in any way possible since it’s nearly impossible to go to work and produce to eliminate problems with solutions like I once was able to do. I’m speechless at how surreal this situation is. Nobody expects this at the age of 43 and it is such a roller coaster of emotions set aside from the physical pain. Any proceeds will be used towards everyday living expenses and funeral expenses (if applicable). For whatever reason, I haven't been able to get any assistance like rental, food, etc. Disability was said to have been expedited but it doesn’t quite seem like that to me. I’ve sold just about everything to my name to survive. So I am asking from the kindness of your heart to please help make my life easier by making a donation. Every day is a challenge to keep going and with your help, that could help take a huge burden off me.
