Help Kim Wipperfurth on Her Recovery Journey

Update: When they originally did a cat scan of Kim's breast, they noticed a small spot on her liver. Last Monday June 10th they did a biopsy and found it to be cancer. Because of that she has now went from a stage 1 to a stage 4. Which now means a more aggressive treatment and possibly a longer a recovery. They did go ahead and started Chemotherapy on June 13th.

Kim needs all the help she can get. She has no sick time or PTO to compensate her time away from work. Any amount helps!

Hi, my name is Tammy Wipperfurth and I'm starting a fundraiser for my sister- in-law, Kim Wipperfurth.

On May 6th our world turned upside down when Kim was diagnosed with Grade 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (Breast Cancer).

We are starting a GoFundMe to help cover upcoming expenses.

All money collected will go directly to Kim.

Kim is a pre-school teach at a local Montessori school.

Kim has decided it would be best for her to take the summer off to focus on recovery.

It is uncertain when she'll be able to return to work full time.

Kim has many upcoming appointments and is scheduled to begin Chemotherapy on June 13th. She will be receiving 6 rounds of Chemotherapy to start and then to decide how to continue with treatment.

Kim is single and needs all the help she can get.

Kim is more than just my sister-in-law; she is my very dear friend, my husband's only sister, a loving mom and aunt.

All money received will help cover any medical bills that are not covered by insurance, rent, food and any other financial burdens that may arise.
