Kim Ta, owner of Lavender Nails, has been doing an excellent job with nails for 25 years. Lavender Nails has been located in the business center at PCH and Loynes for all these years. The landlord is terminating the lease, requiring her to be gone by February 28. There will be major expenses for Kim to find a new location and move. You can imagine how overwhelming this is.
