Hi, my name is Kim "Cole" Reese, and I’m facing one of the biggest challenges of my life — I’m preparing for a heart transplant. While this surgery gives me hope for a longer and healthier future, it also comes with overwhelming expenses that I can’t manage alone.

In addition to the cost of the surgery itself, I’ll need life-long medications, specialized medical care, and temporary housing near the hospital during my recovery. These costs add up quickly, and even with insurance, there’s a large financial gap.
