Help Kim get back on her feet after hip surgery!

To know her is to love her <3 My mother, Kim is always helping, serving and loving others so so well. It's our turn to shower our love and support onto her as she gets back on her feet (literally) after her unfortunate accident.

On Saturday, October 1st, Kim was in the dressing room at Kohls and lost her footing on her shoes when she fell directly on her hip and breaking it. Unfortunately, the hip bone was fractured, which caused her left leg to become immobile. She was rushed to the ER and put on the list for surgery on Monday, October 3rd early morning.

Her fracture was repaired with pins to fuse the bone back together to heal correctly. The doctors said the surgery was successful (PTL), but healing will be a long road ahead, and we all know Kim hates slowing down.

The healing process for this type of surgery can vary from person to person but typically requires bed rest for 4-6 weeks and crutches and physical therapy for another 3-9 months. Kim won't be able to work at her cleaning business for at least a few months, which poses a financial burden for basic living expenses during her recovery.
