At the young age of 28, she bravely battled aggressive breast cancer, enduring the hardships of chemotherapy and undergoing a double mastectomy. Just when she thought her fight was over, she received the devastating news this July that her cancer had returned and it was terminal. The last 3-months have been a blur of waiting and worrying. However, a miraculous turn of events occurred, and she was informed that it was not cancer!!! While this news brought immense relief, Kim's battle is far from over.

Due to ruptured implant inserted because of her breast cancer in 2005, Kim now faces a new obstacle in her path to recovery. The ruptured implant has spread silicone throughout her lymphatic system, necessitating specialized surgery in California. While her insurance will cover the surgical procedure, the expenses associated with after care, travel, food, and month-long stay in California will be entirely out-of-pocket. As we all know, Kim possesses the biggest heart and has always been there for every one of us. Now, it is our turn to rally together and support her during this critical time.
