On Saturday, February 10th Kim was struck by a car while walking to visit her father in his assisted living home. The accident broke her right leg, requiring surgery, followed by a stay at rehab. She also suffered several other injuries from the impact of the car. Because she works in a physically demanding profession, Kim will not be able to work for at least a month.
