Help Kim Chisholm in Philadelphia for Albert

We are here to help a person very special to us and our school family/community.

Our dear friend and fellow Challenger, Kim Chisholm, and her family have had several rough years involving severe health challenges for both her beloved son, William, and her devoted husband, Albert.

Sadly, a few months ago they lost William to an aggressive and unforgiving form of cancer. Then, a few weeks ago, their hopes were raised when they received a call that Albert was a GO for an organ transplant in Philadelphia.

Getting a transplant is not like a knee or hip replacement, where they keep you overnight then send you on your way with instructions to come back after PT. Albert has to stay there several weeks for a variety of specific reasons.

In the meantime, while Albert’s needs are covered, Kim’s are not. She is staying in a hotel and providing her own meals, alone, in a city without family and friends. These costs add up very, very quickly.

Would you please consider helping to ease this one burden for our friend, and Super Sub Extraordinaire, Kim. Any amount will surely help.
