Help Kim and Maya stay together.

As many of you know, I have been struggling badly with anorexia the past several years. All of the money from the sale of my home has gone into treatment and had my friends not opened their home to me to help me get back on my feet, I’m not sure what I would have done. I’m only able to work part time currently as I fight to stay in recovery. Doctors, dietitians, therapists etc are expensive as I continue to try and stay well. The time has come for me to leave my friends’ hone and find an apartment of my own. I’ve never done something like this or asked others for donations, but I’ve contributed towards many causes and am hoping that brings in some good karma. I’ve lost so much to anorexia including beloved pets. Really all I have left are my cats and Maya. Those of you who know me, know Maya is my soulmate. I’m terrified that with the additional apartment expense I will no longer be able to pay her board and wind up having to give her up. It would break my heart, which is why I am reaching out for help. I have no idea whether this will work, but the smallest amount would help. If you could share this, it would also help. If I have to give her up, I’ll deal with it, but I can’t imagine my life without her. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
