Help Kim and Jaxson Find a Home

Hello, my name is Kim. This is very hard for me to do, but I asked a friend and he said it was a good idea, so I'm giving it a shot.

I'm a single mom to a 3-year-old boy. His name is Jaxson. I recently became homeless due to situations outside of my control. I'm working on trying to get housing together for my son and me. I do not get any form of assistance right now from the state or his father. We have clothes, toys, and my bed. I have a car. I have a job. I need to get him into full-time child care along with finding an apartment to rent that I can afford. I do work full-time as a housekeeper in a retirement community. I was informed by my job that the 63 hrs of PTO I have saved is not used for issues like this.

My first goal is housing and deposits for anything that may need them getting stuff paid up in advance as far as I can so we are secure. Then essential items like toiletries, cheap cookware can be donated. A bed for him if I can find a 2 bed room cheap enough. My second goal will be child care. That's going to be harder. This isn't impossible. Just really hard to do alone.

Update: The advocacy center tells me every day they will call back that day and they haven't. My job terminated, and will not be paying out my 63hrs of PTO.
