This fundraiser is to honor Rayna Massie and to help her mother, Kimberly Taylor Massie, and her sister, Emma Massie, move forward after their tragic loss. As you may know, twelve year old Rayna was taken from this world on December 31 from complications due to COVID-19 after a 5 year struggle for health that included battling brain cancer and liver disease.
Our goal is to help Kim and Emma honor Rayna, pick up the pieces, and move forward.
For Kim, that means covering expenses related to Rayna's death, funeral, and cremation as well as tying up loose ends that come with many years of helping Rayna on her journey toward health.
For Emma, a junior in high school, we want to help ensure she can afford to go to college in a couple years.
For them both, we want to give a gift of love! We want to help them heal, to let them know that we care for them, and to show them that there is still hope in this world!
So many of us are unable to be there for them physically yet would graciously help this deserving family. We set a lofty goal with the hope of an overwhelming response, but even a small gift can help. All proceeds will go directly to Kim to manage as she sees fit. If you cannot contribute financially, please help share this story with your network.
