Help Kilo with ACL surgery

Kilo had an ACL surgery back in October of 2022, as of today 8/16/23 he still has not healed from his surgery, if anything he has gotten worse. We decided to reach out to a different vet for a second opinion, discovering not only did the original vet do an ACL surgery for dogs 35lbs or under, but his right ACL is now in question of if it also needs surgery. Due to Kilo being 81lbs the surgery they are suggesting is a TPL on each knee at different times. They estimated the cost of each surgery to be $5,600. So we are at a loss of what to do. Anything would mean the world to us, as we will also be saving as much money as possible. I will be reaching out to different pet organizations throughout our county for any help we can get as well.
