Hi everyone — my name is Rob, and this is my girl Kilo.

Kilo has been my constant companion, my reason to laugh on the hard days, my walking partner on early mornings, and my warm shadow at night. She’s full of personality — goofy wiggles, a stubborn love for her favorite toy, and the kind of loyalty that makes you feel truly seen. She’s more than a pet; she’s family.

Recently we got some devastating news: Kilo has been diagnosed with an insulinoma, and it’s begun to spread. This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever faced. I’ve spent sleepless nights researching, crying, and talking with vets, and the one thing that keeps me hopeful is the possibility of surgery that could give Kilo more time and a better quality of life.

The surgery and associated care (pre-op testing, surgery itself, post-op monitoring, medication, and follow-up visits) are expensive. Right now I am asking for help to raise funds so Kilo can have this chance. Every donation — no matter the size — will go directly to her medical care. If we can reach our goal, we can cover the surgery and give Kilo the best shot at beating this and spending more wonderful days together.
