I never thought i would be doing this.. But im at the end of my rope..

Hello, im kiana, im 23 and have been diagnosed with stage 3-4 endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS,

My condition coveres both sides of my pelvis, both ovaries (inside and out) both tubes, my bowel, large intestine, POD and more.

I was first diagnosed with endometriosis in 2022 when i received my first keyhole surgery after 7 years of battling my local GP and NHS.

Since 2022 iv recieved 2 more surgeries and now waiting for another one which was ment to take place before christmas yet never recieved my date.

I have been told by multiple drs and surgeons that i need a hysterectomy due to my womb rotting, growing polyps, and having been on a constant period since june 2025.

However, due to being 23 the NHS has refused to do my surgery due to "being of child baring age and must provide any future husbands a baby should they want them."

I am a mum of 2, happily married, and against anymore children.

The funds raised from this go fund me would go towards getting myself a consult with a robotics surgeon who specialises in endometriosis/hysterectomys for the condition.

I no longer live a happy life, i am in pain all the time and unable to walk on bad days which means my husband has to physically carry me whenever i need to move.

This is not the life i should be living..

The private hospitals i have spoken too quote hysterectomys around the £7000-£10000 price mark.

I am currently seeking £500 to fund a consult and once i have a proper estimate for my own hysterectomy i will make a new one to fund the actual hysterectomy at Nuffield hospital.

Any money left over can be then donated to endometriosis uk, or to another individual seeking the same help as myself...

I am in pain, i am unhappy, i need medical help that the NHS are not willing to provide me with, and for anyone wondering about the remarks made by the hospital about needing to provide men with babies, i have contacted pals i have made complaints, but nothing ever comes of it.

I understand and know that a hysterectomy will NOT cure me, but its a start by taking out a huge chunk of rotting flesh that will only cause more damage if left there alone.
