My dear friend Kiesha has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer that has metastasized to her liver. After much thought, courage, and prayer, she has made the deeply personal decision to stop treatment and focus on living the remainder of her time as fully, peacefully, and joyfully as possible.

If you know Kiesha, then you already know she is not just “a patient.” She is a proud Marine veteran. A mother. A grandmother. An incredible chef. A loyal friend. A beautiful spirit with a loud laugh, a strong will, and the kind of presence people never forget. Right now, our goal is simple: We want to help Kiesha LIVE. Not just survive appointments and stress. Not just worry about bills. LIVE.

Kiesha created what she jokingly calls her “Ratchet Bucket List” — a list filled with joy, freedom, adventure, laughter, and experiences she still wants to have while she can. From amusement parks and matching tattoos to dancing in the rain, photoshoots, fishing trips, travel, sunsets, and memory-making moments with the people she loves most… we want to help make those things happen.

We are raising funds to help cover experiences and outings, travel and memory-making, meals and comfort care, household expenses and reduced financial stress, photography and keepsakes, transportation, and day-to-day support. Our goal is to surround Kiesha with love, dignity, laughter, and peace during this chapter of her life.
