Help Kiel and Magda’s recovery

Donation protected
The Kyle and Melissa Hallson family suffered a tragic loss on December 6, 2021 when Kyle lost his sweet wife and mother of two, Melissa Rae Hallson at the very young age of 36. She battled a rare, aggressive type of cancer and was taken from them far too soon. She was diagnosed Oct 11th and before they knew it, they had to say goodbye. Words can't describe the absolute heart break that this painful loss has weighed on her loved ones.

Melissa is survived by her husband Kyle, two children Kiel (9), Magda (7), her parents Karen and Terry, her brother Todd and sister-in-law Sheila, nephew Theoren and many more family and friends.

Melissa has touched so many lives with her smile, infectious laughter and her ability to make anyone she met feel welcomed and accepted. She loved everyone she met. Her personality was not only inspiring, but has already left an everlasting impression. She had many talents and so many dreams. Her artistic talent was boundless to any medium. She excelled at everything she did, first and foremost she was an absolutely amazing mother and wife that put her own wants and needs second to the needs of her family.

There are very few people in the world that possess a work ethic and persistence to provide for his family the way Kyle does. He has worked tirelessly doing what needs to be done to provide the best opportunities for his family. His commitment is unparalleled.

We would like help raise funds to assist the Hallson family with expenses related to funeral costs and particularly for her two children Kiel and Magda so that it may enable their father be with them as much as possible while they try to navigate through these trying times. They will need to rely on him for an incredible amount of emotional support for quite some time and there are many of us that would be honoured to help shoulder that load for as long as they need.

We will set a target of $30,000 arbitrarily for the coverage of Melissa’s sudden and unexpected passing with some buffer but for some of us the sky is the limit and open until these devastated little ones can regain a sense of stability.
