Help Kids See Usher: Sponsor a Student

I hope your summer is off to a wonderful start and that you're finding both peace of mind and joy.

I'm excited to share some incredible news as I kick off our fundraising efforts. This coming February, in celebration of Black Presence Month 2026, I’ll be bringing musical celebrities Usher and Philadelphia Freeway to Portland for two school-time performances specifically for middle school students. We are currently seeking individuals to sponsor children. All amounts are appreciated

Additionally, I recently submitted a song featuring some of our talented youth from Portland. It was very well received by industry professionals and will soon be shopped around in hopes of being picked up. I’m truly excited for these kids and grateful to play even a small role in sparking their creativity.
