So firstly... Hello everyone, and thank you for your ongoing support, for those who have not met me my name is Kane! I have been working with my partner Emma, my friend Kai Cant and other music industry friends, to bring about change and give hope in the poorest communities in Africa.

You can follow the story so far on Facebook and Instagram or using #theabodeproject

Timeline of Achievements so far:

- Completing the South London Tough Mudder in September 2018 to help raise funds.

- Raising over £2500 in October 2018 towards the Building of the Abode Junior School in Kabale, Uganda.

- Travelling to Kabale, Uganda in November 2018 to carry out essential building work on the Abode School.

- Travelling back to Kabale in January 2019 to complete build and officially open the Abode School, which is now at full capacity.

- Through direct sponsorship, get 7 more children from poor communities into full time education.

- The taking two teenagers living on the streets into an apprenticeship at a mechanical garage, provide them with clothes, workwear and tools and also provide them 3 meals a day.
- The taking one child living on the streets and put him into full time education at a primary boarding school.

- The taking of one child with severe burn injuries from living in life threatening conditions, and moved him to a safe hospital to be treated and recover over the coming months.

- Identifying 12 more children living in poverty from the community surrounding the Abode School that need to be put into school, including 1 child that we believe to be deaf and mute, who will need special care.

Much more to come.

If you are following us on social media then you will be well aware of how much impact your donations can have on these children's lives.
All donations made to this page will go into the continuation of our work out there. Funds will be spent where it is most needed in the poorest communities of Kabale.

I am lucky enough in life to have so many friends and I hope you will all help support this cause, whether you donate 50p or £100 every penny counts. It is common place for mothers to go to work in mines and farms for less than £1 a day in Uganda. Every donation and share of this page will have a huge impact! ✊
