Our Story

Eden Juice & Smoothie Bar, LLC was birthed out of a desire to live a healthier lifestyle. With very few cost-effective, healthy food and drink options in Bushwick for myself and my wife, it became challenging to supplement working out and exercise with the good nutrients needed to follow. Taking matters into our hands, we purchased a juicer and blender to begin making personal drinks at home.

With entrepreneurship surging through our veins and still the issue of no healthy options outside for ourselves, our friends, and neighbors, Eden Juice & Smoothie Bar LLC was born. Still working full time, we began working on our business during off times and when we weren't being bossed around by our 18-month-old. We pitched the idea to residents in the community as well as family members. Both groups loved the idea and saw a need for it in our local community. Historically the Bushwick community has not had quality access to affordable healthy foods and drinks. Eden Juice & Smoothie Bar is here to fill that void!

Why Bushwick?

With our Bushwick, Brooklyn location, we target residents of all ages, those who work in the neighborhood, those who seek healthy drink options, and the weekend crowd that visits the area.

Market research suggests that there are 108,534 residents in Bushwick, with a median age of 32. Of this, 45,221 are working white-collar jobs, including school employees. A total of 95,336 people in Bushwick live in the same house as last year. This represents a potential for reoccurring customers. As of 2023, there are 575 public and 329 private schools in Brooklyn. Of that number, 117 of them are in Bushwick. This represents a pool of more than 15,000 potential customers per day. With Bushwick growing at a rate of 6.2%, we have a great opportunity. (US Census, 2023) There are 8,026 Gym, Health & Fitness Clubs in New York as of 2023, an increase of 1.3% from 2022. This increase is in response to the demand.

Why should I support Eden?

During the height of the Pandemic, Eden Juice & Smoothie Bar provided customers across the country with affordable healthy options to balance their lives and boost their immune systems when they needed it the most. With insulated shipping that went through many trials and tribulations, we were able to ship to residents in California, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and of course, New York, to name a few. To increase our impact, we need a permanent home to centralize services. With your support

With your support, we will use your donations for the business's start-up costs and ongoing operations as we shift from our virtual platform to our new store location in Bushwick. This will supplement what we've already raised and received from our savings, local support, and family support.
