Help Kiba Heal: Support His Leg Surgery

Kiba is still at OSU because of complications from surgery. Please help us reach our goal to pay for this surgery and after care costs. The cost has gone up because of the complications and he has been there for 5 days now.

Update: Kiba had his appointment with the OSU veterinary hospital who will be doing the surgery and his leg is worse then we thought. His tibia is mangled and has calluses forming in the bone. The vet believes he was hit by a car the first day he went missing so there has been time for the bones to try and “heal”. So they are going to have to do a lot of work to try and fix his leg. Hi everyone, my name is Chelsi and a lot of you saw our story about our dog Kiba who was missing for almost 2 weeks. While our boy was gone, he got hurt and has multi bone spiral fracture to his tibia and fibula and is going to need surgery to fix his leg. This is going to be an expensive surgery and we could use any help that we can get to help Kiba get back to his happy, healthy self. I understand that these are trying times for everyone, but anything helps. His consultation for surgery is with OSU vet on Wednesday and I will post all of their findings and itemized list of what they are going to do for him and cost when I have it. I have added the pictures of his x rays that our vet took and pictures of his wounded leg before and after going into the vet.
