Please help my baby Kiarna!!

Hi my name is Darren Bills and this is my dog Kiarna. I am asking for anybody that possibly can to help me and my 10 month old pup , I had to take my dog to the vets on Tuesday due to her limping and we had the heart breaking news that she has snapped her cruciate ligament and needs it repaired asap as she is getting mild hip dysplasia which will get worse as the days go on, she is on Loxicom pain relief while I try and get the money together to have a surgery called cruciate ligament repair which costs £3500 on its own as well as aftercare and medication , I worry because she needs urgently or she will end up coming off her legs with severe hip dysplasia and even euthanasia which is something I do not want to do!

Anything helps nothing is too small and I will be overly greatful for any help as I need to get her sorted, she is my world and more
