I am Kiah's mom- as many of you know Kiah has been playing piano and guitar for years, she got her start in church and has continued to bless others with her voice and musically abilities for almost a decade. She had the opportunity over the past two summers to lead worship for a church camp and she has plans to pursue more ministry with YWAM in the fall. This year while at the camp she has been playing at- the unthinkable happened. Her guitar got caught up in something and it did not end well for her guitar. It was an accident, but unfortunately for Kiah she wasn't a part of what happened but is the one having to deal with the aftermath. The fix is nearly the same price as buying a new one. I have tried finding her guitars to buy, borrow, or have but she keeps saying. Mom I want my guitar. This instrument is how she learned to play, she has worshipped Jesus with it, cried over boys with it, busked in Colorado with it, it's been there during her good days and her bad days. Her guitar is so special to her she wants to take an Amtrak instead of flying so her guitar can move to Washington with her. I am not a guitar player so I don't understand all of that but she is very specific about what she wants and what she loves. That is where we are hoping you will come in.
