Good morning everyone, we are writing this on behalf of our mom, Khristina. On Thursday, Nov. 14, I had to take my mom into the ER for not feeling well. Through labs and imaging, it became clear she had a mass that had ruptured. The doctors at St. Luke’s Twin Falls were able to stabilize her enough to be life-flighted to Boise St. Luke’s that evening. Upon arrival, it became clear she was very septic and needed surgery. On Nov. 14, the doctors were able to perform the surgery to remove the mass as well as save our mom’s life. We cannot thank everyone enough who has sent our mom prayers and words of encouragement. We have a long road of recovery ahead, but she’s a tough lady! We are in the works of a GoFundMe, but in the meantime, I’ve included my mom's CashApp as well as Venmo! First and foremost, thank you to everyone who’s called, texted, or even drove to come visit our mom! The amount of love we have received has been amazing and so much needed for our mom right now! We did get the results from mom’s mass, which turned out to be cancer. We are so thankful to Dr. Perez and the amazing team for all they’ve done for our mom! We’ve got a long road of recovery from surgery as well as the chemo treatments she will need. We’ve created a GoFundMe as this has all happened so suddenly. To help with the cost of bills as well as treatments and travel expenses. Our goal is to only be here the weekend and take mom home to be with family for the holidays.
