Today we met with Khloe’s neurologist, and they are recommending she be seen at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Hearing that was both heartbreaking and hopeful. Heartbreaking because the road hasn’t been easy, but hopeful because we want to give Khloe every possible chance at healing, growth, and a life as close to “normal” as possible.

OMAS takes so much from her. It steals her balance, her coordination, her speech, her ability to regulate emotions, and even her peace. Some days it looks like tremors, uncontrolled movements, or extreme irritability and overstimulation. Other days it looks like exhaustion and frustration in a little body that just wants to play, learn, and be carefree like other children her age.

Khloe has fought so bravely through things no child should have to endure. She deserves the very best care, the best doctors, and the best chance at a brighter future. Unfortunately, her insurance has denied this treatment, which means everything will be out of pocket. We are needing $7,000 to get her to Mayo for the care she needs.
