Khloe is more than just a companion—she is my friend, my pride and joy, and the light of my life. At just four years old, she has filled my days with laughter, comfort, and love. We dress up for the holidays and always do photo shoots together, creating memories that mean the world to me. Whenever I’m feeling down, Khloe is there to comfort me, and when I want to cry, she finds a way to make me smile. I truly believe I need her more than she needs me.

Recently, Khloe was diagnosed with Pyometra, a serious and life-threatening infection of the uterus. I first noticed something was wrong when she had a small discharge and kept licking herself. The vet explained that this condition is common in dogs that aren’t spayed, and that Khloe needs emergency surgery as soon as possible. The thought of losing her is unbearable, but the costs for the emergency room visit, surgery, anesthesia, and medication are overwhelming. I was denied for a care credit card, and with no savings, I’m struggling just to keep up with rent, food, and the essentials of life.
