Khali has been a part of my family since she was two years old, and she’s about to turn eight. She’s a sweet dog who absolutely loves food and treats, but lately, she hasn’t been able to enjoy them like she used to. Her canine tooth is causing her pain, and she needs a root canal to get back to her happy, snack-loving self.

Khali’s journey hasn’t been easy. She was abandoned by two families, starting off in Kentucky and eventually making her way to Michigan, where I was lucky enough to rescue her. Despite everything, she loves all humans—even though not all of them have treated her well. She’s older now, but because this is such an important tooth and she’s a heavy chewer, it’s worth saving so she can keep enjoying life to the fullest.
