Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out with a hopeful heart to ask for your support. On 9 May 2025 our beloved Boxer mix, Khaleesi, was diagnosed with a Mast Cell Tumor on her left leg which is a type of cancer. After the mass was removed from her leg on 13 May 2025 we were hopeful that the first surgery would be the end of it, but unfortunately, Silverado Veterinary Hospital was unable to fully remove all of the cancer so they referred us to an oncologist (BAVS Bay Area Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Hospital) Now, Khaleesi needs a second surgery to remove the remaining cancer cells.

This diagnosis has come as a shock, and the costs for treatment and surgery are overwhelming. This surgery will cost around $6,908.41 and we’ve already accumulated $2,229.45 in vet bills.

Khaleesi is more than just a dog to us she's family and she means the world to us. She's been our loyal companion through thick and thin, a source of joy, and our everything. I can't imagine life without her shining presence by our side and we are doing everything we can to give her the chance she deserves to fight this disease.

We’ve always tried to provide the best care for her, but no one is truly prepared for something like this, especially when it happens to such an active, full of energy vibrant dog.
