Help Keyon Brooks Heal After Tragic Accident

Donation protected
Hi everyone, I'm reaching out because my best friend Dee and her son Keyon Brooks are facing a critical challenge: Keyon was in a very bad car accident on Sunday morning, leaving him with head injuries, multiple broken bones, and multiple lacerations to his face and body. He will have to undergo many surgeries to correct a lot of injuries to his body.

I really don’t know how much money they will need; bills will start piling up, and taking time off work for both Keyon and his mother to be there for him is going to take a toll on both of them. So if you could help in any way possible, that would be a blessing to both of them, and time is of the essence. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference! If you are unable to donate, please pray for Keyon and his mom while he starts his journey back to becoming completely healed.

Psalm 34:17 The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.

9/2/24 update from Dee
Please continue to pray for my baby, Keyon Brooks, he is in ICU and in critical condition! He is on a ventilator and they are monitoring the pressure on his brain and the brain bleeds. He has undergone orthopedic surgery for his legs and they have sutured all of his lesions but they will wait for 48 hrs from surgery to check for any infection. They are doing cat scans every 12 hrs now. I know God's got him!

Keyon's CT Scan came back and the bleed is stable. He has some swelling around the area but they said it could be from the bolt that was in that site. He still has the ventilator in place but they have been testing his breathing and does good on his own but earlier when they sedated him his O2 went down to 70 so they turned up the ventilator again. He does good with his vitals until he gets sedated and then they go down but as long as his map number is 60 or higher we should be ok. This morning they stimulated him to see if he could follow some commands and thankfully he did. They asked him to stick out his tongue and he did then they asked him to give them a thumbs up and he did. During that time he was getting really agitated with everyone and trying to fight to get the tubes out. He was also moving his mouth as if trying to talk but he couldn't due the hoses in his throat. If they can get him to stay calm n he isn't sedated then they will try to remove the ventilator tube. Please everyone keep praying! THERE IS POWER IN PRAYER!!!
