I’m the aunt of a beautiful girl with Down Syndrome and Autism, I’m helping with this fundraiser to save her life.
She needs your help.
My name is Keyla. I am 14 years old, on April 9th I will turn 15. I have Down Syndrome + Autism. But the most serious health issue I have is a problem with my heart. Unfortunately I have had to undergo many medical tests. Since I was 3 years old (2010) I have been several times in the operating room with several doctors, who have done everything in their power to keep me alive with my parents help too. The last time I was in the operating room was in 2017, (DUCTUS PERCUTANEO CLOSURE) at that time my parents didn’t know if they would see me again. While I was in the operating room my organs failed after this last surgery, I was in intensive care and thank God and the doctors I left the hospital on March 10/2017. Now I have another hard circumstance to go through and I hope it is the last one. I really need YOUR HELP, I need an open heart surgery. There is a doctor willing to operate with all risks involved for the month of March or April. Hopefully in December I can begin my 3-month treatment to be able to get to the operating room. My parents have managed to cope and solve the costs of my illness through different ways. But today we cannot afford to pay for this surgery since the economic situation in my country (Ecuador) is getting worst every day, I NEED to raise the amount of $ 30,000 to pay for the surgical cost. (SURGERY FOR INTERVENTRICULAR SEPTUMPLASTY)

Mi nombre es Keyla. Tengo 14 años en Abril 9 cumpliré 15. Tengo Sindrome de Down + Autismo. Pero lo mas grave es mi problema de salud con mi corazon. Lamentablemente he tenido que pasar muchas pruebas médicas en mi salud. Desde q tengo 3 años (2010) he estado varias veces ingresando a quirofano con varios médicos, los cuales han hecho todo lo que ha estado en sus manos para mantenerme con vida junto a mis padres. Mi ultima vez en quirofano fue en el año 2017, (CIERRE DE DUCTUS PERCUTANEO) donde mis padres han tenido que despedirse de mi al estar en quirofano porque mis organos llegaron a fallar despues de mi ultima cirugía, estuve en cuidados intensivos y gracias a Dios y los médicos sali en marzo 10/ 2017 del hospital. ahora tengo una circunstancia difícil mas q atravesar y espero sea la ultima por la cual necesito SU AYUDA, tengo pendiente mi cirugía de corazon abierto para el mes de Marzo o Abril, en Diciembre empiezo mi tratamiento de 3 meses para ingresar a quirofano. mis padres han logrado sobrellevar y solventar mi enfermedad atraves de diferentes maneras. Pero hoy no podemos pagar mi próxima cirugía ya que la situación en mi pais (Ecuador) en el tema de la salud esta muy deteriorado, NECESITO reunir la cantidad de $30 mil dolares para solventar el gasto quirúrgico. (CIRUGIA PARA SEPTUMPLASTIA INTERVENTRICULAR )
Se que cuento con amigos y familia que me ayudaran a luchar hasta el final para seguir manteniendome a su lado. Solo quiero una vida normal a lado de mis padres, y quiero abrazar y ver crecer a mi hermana pequeña. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR SU AYUDA Y APOYO!
