Our beloved Keyla has been diagnosed with aggressive Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma), a fast-growing form of cancer that requires immediate and ongoing treatment to give her the best possible chance of recovery.

Although her treatment will be provided through Honduras public healthcare system, the reality is that our healthcare system frequently faces shortages of essential medications and medical supplies. This means that our family will often need to purchase the necessary medications ourselves to prevent delays in her chemotherapy, as every treatment cycle is critical in her fight against cancer.

In addition to medication, this journey involves many other medical expenses, including laboratory tests, specialized diagnostic studies, medical consultations, blood transfusions, procedures, and other essential treatments needed to closely monitor her condition and provide her with the best possible care.

As a family, we are doing everything we can to support Keyla during this incredibly difficult time. Unfortunately, the financial burden of her treatment is far beyond what we can manage on our own.

Our goal is to raise funds to help cover the costs of her treatment, including medications that may not be available through the public healthcare system, chemotherapy-related medications and supplies, laboratory tests, specialized exams, blood transfusions, medical consultations, procedures, and any other medical expenses that may arise throughout her treatment. Every donation will help ensure that Keyla can continue receiving the care she needs without interruption and with the best possible chance of recovery.

Ayudemos a Keyla a luchar contra un linfoma no Hodgkin agresivo

Nuestra querida Keyla ha sido diagnosticada con un linfoma no Hodgkin agresivo (linfoma difuso de células B grandes), un tipo de cáncer que requiere iniciar y mantener el tratamiento de manera oportuna para brindarle las mejores posibilidades de recuperación.

Aunque su tratamiento será administrado en el sistema público de salud de Honduras, la realidad es que nuestro sistema enfrenta frecuentes desabastecimientos de medicamentos e insumos. Esto significa que, en muchas ocasiones, nuestra familia deberá adquirir por cuenta propia los medicamentos necesarios para evitar retrasos en sus quimioterapias, ya que cada ciclo de tratamiento es fundamental en su lucha contra el cáncer.

Además de los medicamentos, este proceso implica numerosos gastos médicos, entre ellos exámenes de laboratorio, estudios especializados, consultas, transfusiones, procedimientos y otros tratamientos complementarios indispensables para monitorear su evolución y brindarle la mejor oportunidad de salir adelante.

Como familia, estamos haciendo todo lo que está a nuestro alcance para acompañarla y apoyarla en este difícil camino. Sin embargo, los costos son muy elevados y superan nuestras posibilidades económicas.

Nuestra meta es recaudar fondos para cubrir los gastos relacionados con su tratamiento, incluyendo medicamentos que no estén disponibles en el sistema público, quimioterapias cuando sea necesario adquirir los insumos, exámenes de laboratorio, estudios especializados, transfusiones, consultas médicas, procedimientos y cualquier otra necesidad médica que surja durante este proceso. Cada aporte nos permitirá que Keyla continúe su tratamiento sin interrupciones y con las mejores oportunidades de recuperación.

Por ello, hoy acudimos con humildad a pedir su ayuda. Cada donación, sin importar el monto, representa una esperanza para Keyla y nos acerca a poder cubrir los gastos de su tratamiento.
