We urgently need your support for a young man who has faced unimaginable challenges. Kevin Daniel Chavarría Bonilla, just 19 years old, has been accepted to receive new prosthetics for his legs, a crucial step towards reclaiming his independence.

Kevin’s journey has been marked by tragedy. In a selfless attempt to support his family, he suffered a devastating accident where he was electrocuted by a high-voltage cable. This horrific event resulted in the amputation of both of his feet and one hand, while the other hand remains in a vegetative state. Despite these challenges, Kevin’s spirit remains unbroken.

Now, with the opportunity to receive new prosthetics at the Prosthetic and Orthotic Institute in Orlando, Florida, we are reaching out for your compassion and generosity. While we have secured one-way airline tickets for Kevin and his mother, they still need assistance with transportation and meals during their stay. We have contacted Ronald McDonald House Charities for housing, but additional funds are urgently needed to support their journey.
