Help Kevin Get Back on His Feet After Losing His Only Transportation

My uncle Kevin has always been the kind of man who gives more than he takes. For over 30 years, he ran his own waterproofing business and was always the first to help family, friends, and even strangers in need. He’s the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation.

Now Kevin is the one who needs our help. He lives on a fixed income due to being retired and disabled. A few days ago, his only car suddenly caught on fire. Thankfully, he barely made it out safely, but the car is completely destroyed. Without transportation, he has no way to get groceries, go to his doctor’s appointments, or handle daily necessities.

Because his disability income barely covers his bills, Kevin doesn’t have any savings to fall back on. He has always helped others, even recently looking after an elderly neighbor who wasn’t even family, making sure she had food and everything she needed. That’s just who he is.

Kevin is a proud father of four grown children who all live far away and can’t be there to help as much as they would like. So now it’s up to us, his family, friends, and community—to step in and support him during this difficult time.

This fundraiser will go toward helping Kevin purchase a reliable used car, as well as some extra support for food and bills while he gets back on his feet.
