Hi, my name is Kevin Pugh. I'm an active church member at the Church of Jesus Christ that has helped me change my life. I'm always trying to help my community and church when I can.

I'm currently having a lot of health problems. I have to have both my hips replaced at the same time in late January or February. I have to come up with money to pay for some of the surgery costs plus my bills as I recover from this surgery.

My bills are almost 2000 dollars a month, and I need help for 5 to 6 months to pay things. I've never done this before because I'm usually the one wanting to help others. Please, anything will help at this point. May God bless all.
