My name's Kevin and I’m pretty desperate for anything positive that could help my situation. I’ve seen this help others, so I thought I’d try it for myself.
Back in 2014, I was diagnosed with a rare heat-generated skin disease in my scalp that I acquired in Afghanistan during my first and last Army deployment. Ever since, it has been a struggle, but nothing like the struggle I've been in this year. I'm already limited to the jobs I can do because it’s dangerous for me to be in the heat working. I was laid off from a job I worked for 9 years last December, two weeks before Christmas. I lost my Boston Terrier Roxy just before i got laid off.
I became backed up on bills, cars repossessed, friendships taken, and looked down upon by family. Seems like the only things I’ve been able to achieve were more depression and anxiety and fears.
Anything that comes from this I’d be grateful and would put it forward if I was ever able to rise up again. Thanks for listening.
