Hi everyone, this is not easy for me to write. Because of my health, my mobility has gotten worse. My balance is not good, I can't walk long distances, and stairs have become extremely difficult—and honestly, unsafe. Every day feels like I'm navigating obstacles in my own home, and it's taken a toll on my peace of mind.
We need to move to a place without stairs so I can live safely. This isn't an unexpected move, but it is a necessary one for my health and well-being. Living on disability means my income is very limited. After paying monthly bills, there isn't anything left to cover major expenses like first month's rent, moving supplies, movers to help us, utility setup, and cleaning the home we're leaving, just to name a few things.
Asking for help is incredibly hard for me. I've always tried to handle things on my own, but right now I simply can't do this without support. This move would give me something I haven't had in a while—peace of mind. The ability to move around my home without fear of falling. A safer space where I can focus on my health instead of worrying about stairs. If you're able to donate, even a small amount helps more than you know. If you can't donate, sharing this would mean so much to me. Thank you for reading this, and thank you for caring. With gratitude, Kevin.
