Kevin was transferred to a rehabilitation enter yesterday.  

Kevin will require intense physical therapy to get his strength back.
We his family, are asking for you to help Kevin with his mounting medical bills and lost wages

I've never done a "Go Fund Me" but have donated to many causes through it.
