Hi my name is Kevin H. Kading, and I am going through very turbulent financial and health related times. I'm almost 67 years of age, and I am fund raising for myself. About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Guillain-barre syndrome ("GBS"), a condition in which the immune system attacks the nerves and as a result of this tragic and rare incurable syndrome I am unable to do anything without assistance. I take infusions for two days every three weeks for the GBS. I am in constant pain with the GBS, and to compound my health issues I have progressive memory loss and esophageal cancer. I am significantly dependent on the care of other people and need constant supervision and help to assist with ADL's: walking, shopping, toileting and meal preparation.

I am over a year behind with my rent and the only source of income is my Social Security, which doesn't come close to covering my basic monthly needs. Any help would be greatly appreciated and not forgotten. Thank you and God bless you, Kevin H. Kading.
