Help Kevin Hall fight his battle!!
Donation protected
Kevin has just turned 18 with the whole world at his feet. He was very recently diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukaemia (APML) which is an aggressive form of blood cancer.
This has come as a complete shock to his family and Kevin as well. Kevin has had to face many adversities in his life, both his father and mother passed away in unexpected circumstances within 12 months of each other. Kevin and his sister Maxine had to leave their home in Coonamble and move to be with their Uncle Richard and Aunty Sarah and start their lives all over again in a very unfamiliar environment. Kevin and his sister has thrived against all the odds, he finished year 12 and was looking forward to take on the world.
Unfortunately his plans have now been delayed to fight a battle that no 18 year old should face let alone someone that has had many battles in his short life already.
Kevin is a outgoing and happy teenager and is ready to take on this battle head on. We would like to lighten the load for him, Richie and Sarah and need your help.
Richard and Sarah are proud people and are reluctant to accept financial help but we as a family, with your help, think it’s necessary to give back to a couple that has given so much already to help Kevin and Maxine.
As Kevin has been moved to Royal Brisbane Hospital this is quite a long way from where they reside on the Sunshine Coast, to ensure that he gets the support he needs Richard and Sarah will have to travel everyday to visit and attend doctors appointments whilst he undergoes chemotherapy and tests. We would greatly appreciate if you are able to help in any way possible however small to ensure our Kev gets all the support his needs to fight his battle and come back stronger than ever.
Thank you in advance and check back here as we will regularly update where possible.
