Help Kevin Get Home for Medical Help

Many of you know that Jimmy and Lisa White traveled to Thailand last week to find out the condition of Jimmy’s younger brother and best friend Kevin, and to get him necessary medical attention.  

The cause of Kevin’s current condition is not known. Testing has shown excess fluid on his brain (hydrocephalus) and premature atrophy (shrinking of the brain). This neurological damage has resulted in many challenges throughout his body.  

Jim and Lisa want to bring Kevin home to his family in Washington State, and Kevin has requested to be brought home.   Currently they are being told it could take a week to ten days to stabilize Kevin’s condition to enable him to make the journey back to Seattle, Washington from Bangkok, Thailand.  

Medical treatment costs are quickly accumulating.  Jim and Lisa’s bank accounts and credit cards are rapidly reflecting this.  Access to any of Kevin’s financials at this time has been hindered due to his memory loss.  

We are reaching out to friends, relatives, and the kindness of strangers to help bring Kevin home. Anyone who knows Lisa and Jim knows how generous they are, offering nothing but love and support, and wouldn’t think twice about putting themselves out to help those around them. Never have I known them ask for help, they have nowhere left to turn, all they want is to bring their brother home so he can get the care he so desperately needs.
