My name is Stacy and I'm setting up this account for my son Kevin. His wheelchair van was in a no fault accident that totaled the van. The insurance company isn't paying enough to get get a new van. For those who don't know Kevin. He is 18 but mentally he is 6-9 months old. Kevin has been diagnosed with LGS, which is a rare form of epilepsy. Kevin also has a gene mutation and is legally blind.
