I lost my insurance through work and had to sign up for Medi-Cal. Now, I have old medical bills piling up, and my doctor recently told me I need a heart transplant. On top of that, my temporary disability money has run out, so I have zero income and can't go back to work until my doctor releases me. This has been an incredibly stressful and uncertain time for me, as I try to navigate my health and financial situation all at once.

The funds from this fundraiser will help me pay for my old medical bills, cover transportation to and from doctor appointments, and help with the costs of getting all my testing redone for the heart transplant since my insurance changed. Every little bit helps, and your support will make a real difference in my ability to get the care I need and hopefully get back on my feet.
