My name is Priscilla, and I am asking for your help for my older brother, Kevin Addo.

Kevin has been diagnosed with Stage 3 pancreatic cancer, a disease that has changed our family’s life in ways we never imagined.

Over the past months, Kevin has faced this battle with incredible strength and courage. He has already undergone multiple rounds of chemotherapy and has continued fighting despite the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.

Unfortunately, Kevin’s cancer is considered inoperable in Canada because the tumor is touching a major artery, making surgery too risky. While this news was devastating for our family, we refuse to give up hope.

Kevin now has the opportunity to go to Spain to receive Histotripsy treatment, an innovative procedure that may offer another option in his fight against pancreatic cancer. This represents hope at a time when every possible opportunity matters.

To make this possible, we are trying to raise $30000 to help cover:

• Histotripsy treatment costs

• Medical consultations and related expenses

• Flights and transportation to Spain

• Accommodation during treatment and recovery

• Additional expenses associated with receiving care abroad

Those who know Kevin know that he is much more than a cancer patient.

Kevin is a community builder, mentor, entrepreneur, and friend to many. He has spent years creating opportunities for others through events, showcases and community initiatives that bring people together and shine a spotlight on local talent.

He is also the host of Classy Conversations, a weekly Instagram live where he tackles important topics, asks difficult questions, and creates meaningful discussions that encourage people to think differently and connect more deeply with one another.

Kevin has spent much of his life pouring into others.

Now he needs others to pour into him.

Our family has already experienced tremendous loss with the passing of our father Ernest Addo and our late sister Keshia. Today, our mother, along with Kevin’s siblings Anthony, Stephanie, and myself, are standing beside him as he faces the toughest fight of his life.
