Hi everyone,
I'm going to break this into two section, the short version and long version.
The Short Version
My parents need to relocate, and I'm trying to raise some money for them so they can afford to do so. Funds raised will be going directly to helping them move, and anything extra will be going towards my dad's ongoing medical expenses. These are gnarly times, but any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

The Long Version
Thanks for taking the time to visit the campaign. I'm trying to raise money for my parents to help with the cost of relocating, and if this does well enough, to cover the costs of my father's ongoing medical expenses.
First Goal: Relocating
At the beginning of the pandemic the apartment my parents lived in was sold to Brady Sullivan LLC. Their rent went up from $1275 to $1510. This increase in rent, plus the cost of my parents' medicines have drained their savings.
Now a year later, they have to relocate. They live on a fixed income, so it's really hard for them to save any money when more than half of their income is already going to their rent each month. For this reason, I am looking for some assistance with the cost of their relocation.
They will likely need a first months rent, plus a security deposit. The estimated cost of their relocation is around $3000 all in. They have until April 30th of this year to be out of their current place before this large charge kicks in.
Second Goal: Ongoing/Future Medical Expenses
My dad has a large list of issues that he is medicated for. While his insurance does cover a lot of this, there is so much he needs that it ends up being more than one hundred and fifty dollars a month, and extra money from the campaign would go to that. It's also possible that in the near future my dad will be getting heart surgery, and if that happens we don't really know what the costs and recovery will look like. At this point he still needs to be evaluated by a group of doctors, so the possibility of that procedure is still a little up in the air.
