Kevin and his sister Kimberly are both the son and daughter of the victim, Jaime Orellana. Jaime was in a car accident with his girlfriend; hit by a drunk driver in Houston, Texas.

His children need the funds to bring their dad to Manassas, Virginia where they currently live. They want to bring his body here and bury him here, since his children are the only family that live in Manassas.
