Help Kevin and his family rebuild their home

Hello everyone, my name is Sairuh and I am fundraising for my brother Kevin, his partner and son.
The family of three have been residing in the trailer shown above for the last 6 months due to the housing crisis. Ecstatic, they finally found a place to call home, just in time for winter.
Today, December 6, was moving day.
Kevin & family towed the trailer to the new property, giddy to move in to their new place to call home. The trio quickly ran to Canadian Tire to get some supplies and upon their return, found the trailer had spontaneously combusted. They lost everything.
Including their beloved cat, Salem.
The family is devastated.
I am asking for your help in any way you can give it.

- clothes and shoes suitable for a 7-9 y/o boy, plus two adults M-L

Anything entertainment that could help keep their minds off of their current situation,
