Help Kevin and Ashley Thiele Through Crisis

This is started for my son-in-law Kevin Thiele, and my daughter Ashley Thiele (Thilmany). Kevin is a fantastic tattoo artist working out of Rockin Ink Tattoo Shop at Westgate Hotel Casino. Ashley is part of the HR team working at Red Rock Casino.

Hello everyone, I’d like to talk to everyone about a crisis my family is currently going through. My son-in-law and father to both my grandchildren recently experienced an aneurysm while convalescing from a recent shoulder surgery. Gratefully, he had the aneurysm at home with my daughter, and she was able to have him rushed to the hospital where he was able to have emergency brain surgery to fix the situation. The surgery went well, and he’s expected to regain full motor function sometime in the future. We are all so damn grateful that he’s still with us and that my grandchildren still have their father! But we don’t know how long he will have to stay in the hospital.

My son-in-law Kevin is the breadwinner for his family. He’s a tattoo artist, actually, he’s a great tattoo artist, but unfortunately, due to his profession, there is little in the way of disability pay or workman’s comp to help the family with all the bills that are piling up, on top of all the medical expenses his recovery is going to cost.

I am not one to ask for help when it’s not warranted. Between my own medical issues this year and my wife’s extensive medical bills over the last few years, we’ve been in tough spots, and I’ve never asked for a dime from anyone. We’ve been able to pull through. But my daughter and her husband are in a tough spot. They have two kids and a mortgage and could really use some help. We don’t want them to lose everything they’ve built in their lives due to this medical emergency. We want them and the kids to continue to live in their home surrounded by their animals and friends. We don’t want more sorrow and tragedy to be put on their family as they are going through more than most already.

We ask that if you can spare anything, anything at all, that you donate what you can to help them get through this awful time. Any money donated will go to the mortgage and bills that are accumulating or groceries and necessities that the family needs. If you can donate, please contact myself or my daughter. I know a lot of people are struggling at the moment, and it’s a lot to ask, but I just want to do everything I can to make sure my daughter and her family have a safe place to heal and recover from this tragedy.
