A Talented New England Archer Needs Your Support!
Imagine training for years, reaching the world stage, and competing against the best in the world—only to have your equipment fail at a critical moment. This is the reality that top-level archers face, and Keshav Kumar is no exception. It has happened with him. Several times such equipment failure causes severe unrecoverable damage to face and eyes and in rare case death. Luckily nothing happen to Keshav in his equipment failure case. See it here.

Archery is a sport that demands both physical precision and mental toughness—without these traits, competing even at the county level is impossible. It is expensive from the very beginning and only gets costlier, requiring $15K or more per year for elite archers like Keshav to continue competing in prestigious tournaments. This is a financial burden that most American households simply cannot sustain year after year.

Unlike other sports, such as football, where elite high school athletes receive full support, archers are largely on their own. There is virtually no financial assistance from businesses, government programs, schools, or colleges in most countries—including the USA and Canada. This lack of funding forces many talented archers to abandon their journey before they even reach their full potential.

For Keshav to continue competing at his highest level, he urgently needs funding for backup equipment. One unexpected failure could mean the difference between victory and heartbreak, ending his run at a national or international event before he even gets a chance to prove himself. No athlete should have to face that risk simply due to a lack of resources.

He recently won the Bronze Medal at the world-renowned Lancaster Classic 2025, competing against elite archers from across the globe. He has also represented Canada internationally and won a medal at the Pan Am Championship. Why Your Support Matters
Keshav currently competes at the highest level with just one set of bow and arrows. In archery, any minor equipment failure—a broken limb, a misaligned sight, or a damaged arrow—can mean immediate elimination from a national or international tournament. This happens very frequently to archers at his level. Having a backup bow set and additional arrows is not a luxury—it’s a necessity for elite athletes to compete at Keshav's level.

Backup Bow & Arrows (USD 2700) – Ensures Keshav can continue competing even if equipment fails which includes risers, bow limbs, sight, stabilizer, other small equipments likes string, arrow rest, etc.

Tournament Travel & Fees (USD 2300) – Supports his participation in major events like the 2025 World Youth Championship on Aug 2025 in Canada, USAT Qualifies (United States Archery Team) events Arizona Cup in Apr 4th Apr, Gator Cup in Apr 25th 2025, along with few major other events, which all cost more than USD 7000 and more.

Coaching & Training Support ($0.0) – Keshav currently maintains two anrchey coaches along with a 3rd coach for Mental Performance which is pretty much standard in the world of competitive archery .

By contributing, you’re not just supporting an athlete—you’re backing a determined young talent who has already made his mark on the different prestigious archery competitions.

Beginning in Cranston, Rhode Island, in 2019, then overcoming a 1.5-year training pause during the pandemic, to rising back stronger in Canada and the USA, Keshav has proven his resilience time and again.

Now, he is preparing for his biggest challenge yet—the 2025 World Youth Championship in Winnipeg, Canada, this August! With your support, he can continue to compete at his best and continue his journey toward the 2028 Olympics.
