Help Kerry Afford Trans Health and Medical Care

Hi, I’m Kerry. I’m a trans woman, I just lost my health insurance, and I’m unfortunately in need of help to afford the things necessary to my transition, like prescriptions, doctors, electrolysis or other means of hair removal, and eventually facial feminization surgery.
At the beginning of 2021, my dad, who I relied on for health insurance, was laid off, which left our family going on and off of health insurance while we tried to find some alternative means. Now, we can’t afford it anymore and we’re permanently off it.
Being without health insurance now has roughly doubled my prescription costs and tripled my doctors costs, not to mention put me at greater risk in general, and I already was having trouble affording trans healthcare in addition to all the basic necessities like rent and utilities and food.
So here we are. All of the money made from this GoFundMe will be either spent on immediately necessary trans healthcare or saved for potentially getting facial feminization surgery in the future. I’ll be sure to try to post updates on where I’m at every now and then, and will give you a hug or something if I ever see ya. Thanks so much!
