Help Kerri with bills while she kicks cancers ass

 

Hello everyone, my name is Natasha.


I have made this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister Kerria, and her beautiful family! As she was diagnosed with stage 3  colon cancer that is now stage 4. Some of you may know her as a co worker, a best friend, the neighbor across the street, a mother, a daughter and family. So you if you know anything about her , she is the first to do anything for anyone at the drop of a hat. its just who she is as a person.  But.....  in the almost 29 years of her being her sister I have never seen her ask for help from anyone and lets be honest you probably never will! Thats why I created this go fund me. 

In November of 2021 

Some of you may not know that she was diagnosed with stage 3 adenocarcinoma colon cancer.

 

She went into the hospital with suspected appendicitis. While undergoing surgery they discovered a mass. Kerria underwent a right hemicolectomy. She is now recovering from that surgery. She waited two weeks to find out that she has stage 3 cancer. She has a upcoming appointment with oncology to discuss treatment after she is fully healed from her surgery. During the past 2 weeks she has used up she sick leave from where she works and manages. 

Kerri has seen the oncologist; I believe that she has a whole team of doctors that are working with her. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer! It has spread to a few of her lymph nodes and to the lining of her stomach. She is going to be doing chemo through a pic line. She will still be working and needing time off work. Her co pays for her doctor appointments started over in December.  The last thing that she needs to worry about is how her mortgage is going to be paid when she is working part time, because she is having to travel for chemo, doctor appointments, gas to get to appointments, food on the table and then have thousands yes thousands of dollars of medical bills coming in. Thats just one of her medical bills.  Please everyone let's gather around Kerri and lift her up! No one who is fighting for their life battling cancer should have to worry about how you're going to afford medical care/treatment and keeping your house, food on the table, and everything else that life throws at you.
